With the Biden administration taking the reins, we are moving into a new phase where we can and will get our arms around the immense logistical challenges of vaccine distribution and ultimately end this heinous pandemic. The outgoing administration left a mess of conflicting and partial information, with states working desperately to organize an equitable and orderly distribution while lacking necessary information to help constituents and distributors make plans for their shots....
